Jar serves beautiful, delicious comfort food.

Amuse bouches -- crab deviled egg and char siu pork croissant.

Few things will surprise you here, but that's the point. Bravo to the familiar done well.

  2. The first time I went for DineLA about 1.5 years ago, the food was fantastic - large portions and an abundance of sides. I think we got the crab deviled eggs, fish, pot roast, fries, baked japanese purple yam, sauteed pea shoots and creamed spinach. Plus desserts!

    Haven't wanted to go after that cause they cut down on the sides options and that made it seem less ... of a great deal! Though the food is executed very well.
