Mo' Modern, Mo' Art: MoMA

I love MoMA.  When I was at my old firm, I was most dejected when I worked right across the street from MoMA for months, and MoMA was under renovation and relocated to Long Island.  What shitty timing.

Longtime readers may also recall that I lived just steps away from Le Bernardin but never entered because I was working so damn much.  (I finally went inside years later.)

I remain determined to replace my bad memories of NYC with good ones.  Like fun visits to MoMA.  So much better than trial prep.

Mr. Monkey doesn't love art museums like I do, but he's a good sport.  He does acknowledge that art museums are superior to trial prep.

  1. i concur with chief justice weezermonkey and learned paw: museums are more funner than trial prep - esp when you're not afraid to make an exhibition of yourself. fun action shots!

  2. I feel your pain. I was in NYC July of 2002 and I wanted to visit the Starry Night so bad but they were relocated somewhere at that time, maybe Long Island?
