Life With Mr. Monkey

I think sometimes my friends who don't know Mr. Monkey that well wonder how he handles my nutso-ness. My nutso-ness is pretty legendary, after all.

Tidbits from tonight:

[Monkey skips around the house like a crazyhead]
Monkey: I'm a crazyhead! I'm a crazyhead!
Mr. Monkey: I love crazyhead.

* * *

Monkey: Who's funnier? You or me?
Mr. Monkey: I'm funnier.
Monkey: Boo! Wrong answer!
Mr. Monkey: See? That was funny.

* * *

[Mr. Monkey pulls out tasty treats from freezer]
Monkey: Ooh! What did you buy today?
Mr. Monkey (singing): What would you dooooo for a Klondike bar?
[Monkey claps hands with glee]

* * *

Monkey: Can you please go take a shower?
Mr. Monkey: No! I can take my time! La la la la la!

* * *

[Monkey watches something on YouTube set to "Crank That (Soulja Boy)"]
[Mr. Monkey gets up from chair in front of computer]
Monkey: What are you doing?
Mr. Monkey: I'm dancing!

Life with Mr. Monkey is good. We are dancing through life together.

  2. I love this. It's my favorite part of living with Rodolfo, and it makes me happy to know that other people have the same ridiculousness!

  16. I just LOL'd in my office about the "who's funnier" convo. So I guess technically, Mr. Monkey was right!

    BTW, Mr. P and I have that conversation all the time :)
